I think there are three points here:

1 – Ensure your meetings have a clear agenda and everyone k2nows what you expect from them in the meeting

2 -Remember, as a meeting attendee, your communication should be clear.  Don’t waste your time and the time of your team by being distracted and unfocused during meetings

3 – Always ensure your relevant stakeholders are included and involved in the discussions!
